Easy ways to cure warts
There are many
chemicals available in the medical stores without prescription to
treat warts. Most of the chemical treatments use salicylic acids
of different strengths to treat warts. These acids are applied to
the wart and this chemical acts upon the surrounding area of the
wart and disintegrates the warts from the skin. There also plasters
and band aids that contain 40% salicylic acid compound. This plaster
can be applied on the warts to destroy it. 5% Fluorocil, an anti
cancer drug can be used safely and effectively to remove warts.
Fluorocil is a protein inhibitor and is applied daily on the warts
at the night. This medicine should be applied after consulting a
doctor or a medical practitioner. There are many creams and ointments
for treating warts. Aldara cream 5% is most commonly used for treating
warts. Beta-mannan is an aloe based treatment that is used for removing
warts.
Other treatments
that are effective for destroying warts are the laser treatments.
There are two types of laser treatments that are performed for eliminating
warts. The CO2 Laser and the Pulse Dye Laser are the two types of
laser treatments that are used to destroy warts. The CO2 Laser treatment
is used to cut and vaporize the wart. The CO2 laser would create
a mild burn or blister on the wart invoking the immune response
within the body. This heals the wart completely. The pulse dye laser
is a newer technology. This technology emits pulse of light which
is absorbed by the red blood cells. This generates heat within the
blood cells and cuts off the blood flow to the wart and kills them.
It is found that the pulse dye laser is more effective since it
does not affect the surrounding skin. It is also possible to remove
warts surgically. This method is called debridement. Debridement
is not recommended for plantar warts since it will create painful
scars.
