Hello, my name is Jeremy Carew Reid and I was bedridden for many years with a sickness called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. What follows is an account of my healing journey on how I cured myself from one of the most mysterious and stubborn illnesses that is effecting and crippling millions of people around the world today.

Chronic Fatigue Cures - An Overview
Some of the
symptoms of chronic fatigue cure, such as muscle aches, sleeping
problems, anxiety and depression, can be treated with medicines.
The medicine can only reduce your symptoms and allow you to be more
active, not cure the fatigue. So far, there is no medicine that
cures the entire syndrome. Most symptoms improve with times. Chronic
fatigue syndrome (CFS), also called Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction
Syndrome (CFIDS) is not simply one or a few episodes of daytime
sleepiness. Rather, CFS is a complex, debilitating illness consisting
of a severe, persistent lack of energy, generalized muscle or joint
aches and difficulty concentrating.
The profound
fatigue of CFS does not improve after a good night's sleep and worsens
with physical or mental exertion. Here is no cure for CFS. However,
there are treatments, including a variety of medications that alleviate
symptoms. Given the number of people with CFS and our current gap
in knowledge, there are many unfounded claims for treatments or
cures. The CDC cautions all to be wary of information "that
point to sure cures or that alludes to pathological damage as a
consequence of CFS." Follow a regular and manageable daily
routine and take modest regular exercise under the supervision of
a physician or physical therapist
For chronic
fatigue cures take treatment for long term rotating antibiotics.
Physicians advise patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome to pace
them carefully and to avoid unusual emotional or physical stress.
In some instances, acupuncture, aquatic therapy, chiropractic, massage,
self-hypnosis, stretching, tai chi, therapeutic touch, and yoga
have proven helpful in managing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Certain
psychotherapies such as family therapy have shown promise in the
development of coping skills that are necessary to counter the adverse
effects of chronic illness on the family or patient's caregiver.
Eat a well-balanced diet and get adequate rest. Exercise regularly
but not so much that you get too tired. Maintain balance emotionally
and physically to help manage stress.
Managing your
fatigue in the face of symptoms can also prove helpful. A rehabilitation
specialist can assist in this effort by evaluating your symptoms
and their severity. Always seek the advice of your physician or
other qualified health professional before starting any new treatment
or making any changes to existing treatment. Medical information
