How to clear blackheads quickly?
The sebaceous
glands in our body secrete the sebum or the oil in our body and
this oil sometimes gets blocked in the pores of the skin. Once the
oil gets blocked the tip of the blocked oil oxidizes and become
black in color. This is how the blackheads are formed in our skin.
If you leave the blackheads untreated it may lead to pimples and
acne. Hence there is a necessity for treating blackheads. The blackheads
spoil the look of our face and the skin. This affects the confidence
of the persons especially the teenage boys and girls if they suffer
from blackheads. Taking care of the nutrition in our diet would
drastically reduce the blackheads formation in our skin.
Most of us take
only junk foods that are of nil nutritional value. We may not know
that the food we are taking has no value to our body and it is just
dumped in our stomach to drive the hungriness. If you slightly give
importance to the foods that we have daily you could drastically
reduce the blackheads and other skin related disorders. Vitamins
and minerals are necessary in required quantities for a good and
healthy skin. Most of us avoid this. Vitamins like vitamin A / beta-carotene,
Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, vitamin C, D, E, and K are necessary
for healthy skin. Food items like Apricots, mango, melon (cantaloupe),
nectarine, orange, peach, tangerine, carrots, broccoli, cabbage,
kale, lettuce, and spinach have Vitamin A and beta carotene.
Vitamin B is
found in foods like garlic, leek, mange tout, parsley, bean sprouts,
broccoli, mange tout, Passion fruit, grape, grapefruit, guava, peach
and many other fruits. There are also many home remedies available
for clearing the blackheads on the skin. Application of lemon juice
on the area affected by blackheads is one of the remedies for blackheads.
Warm honey can also be applied on the spots to clear the blackheads.
Conventional solutions like Proactiv Solutions are also available
in the market for treating blackheads. There are many cleansers
and toners available for treating blackheads on the skin. Professional
treatments like Microdermabrasion are also done to treat blackheads
on the skin.
