Clean your mouth after you eat or drink smelly foods. And if you eat or drink foods high in proteins, clean between your teeth.

Chew sugar-free gum, especially if your mouth feels dry. If you can tolerate citric fruits, lime, lemon, grapefruit, orange, and mandarin are the best choices to beat with bad breathe. Eat more seeds, nuts, grains, vegetables, and fruits, Carry fennel, cloves, cardamom, parsley, coriander, basil, thyme, rosemary, wintergreen, cinnamon bark, or anise seeds.
